Product overview
Ceramic gate valve are used for conveying and discharging materials in the dry ash system of power plants, and can also be used for dry, dusts and water such as mines, paper making and chemical industries, such as ash and water. Nominal pressure 1.0MPa, suitable temperature ≤ 200 ℃, gas source pressure 0.6-0.8mpa.
Product Features
1. All valves are sealed in any direction after closing. WCB steel casting and seamless steel pipe welding are used in the middle of valve body. The sealing surface adopts hard seal.
2. It has the advantages of good wear resistance, good sealing performance, small starting load and less ash sticking and fouling.
3. It adopts high-grade ceramic seal with tough structure, high mechanical strength, good wear resistance and long service life. Compact structure, can be installed at any angle.
