Forged steel internal thread gate valve is suitable for small diameter pipeline with pressure of 1.6 ~ 42.0mpa (Class 150 ~ 2500), working temperature of - 29 ~ 425 ℃ (carbon steel) or - 29 ~ 500 ℃ (stainless steel). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. It can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media respectively. It is widely used in oil pipeline.
Product Features
The internal thread of forged steel is mostly of Dalian type reduced diameter design. Compared with the cast steel gate valve of the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly smaller, but the pressure and temperature range it bears is higher than that of the cast steel gate valve, the sealing performance is also much better than that of the cast steel gate valve, and the service life is longer. The flow direction of the medium is not limited as other gate valves.
