Pneumatic flange gate valve is mainly composed of cast steel flange gate valve and pneumatic actuator. It is an automatic control valve driven by compressed air of actuator. It has two action modes of air opening and air closing. Pneumatic flange gate valve can be equipped with electric or pneumatic feedback device to send the valve opening and closing status information, which can realize remote control, centralized control and automatic control. The flange pneumatic cast steel gate valve adopts double-layer cylinder structure with buffer mechanism. Compared with single cylinder pneumatic gate valve, the lifting force is doubled, which can effectively reduce the speed, reduce the wear of valve plate sealing surface and valve body sealing surface caused by downward impact of piston when closing the valve, and also can avoid the phenomenon of gate stuck.
Product Features
1. The valve rod and its surface are nitrided, which have good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and wear resistance.
2. It can be used in various piping flange and flange sealing surface forms to meet various working conditions and user requirements.
3. Wedge type elastic gate structure is adopted, thrust bearing is set in medium and large diameter, friction force is small, and impact manual is equipped, opening and closing are easy.
4. The gate and valve seat are wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, scratch resistant and have long service life.
5. The material of valve body is complete. Packing and gasket can be selected according to actual working condition or user's requirement. It can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium condition.
