Inverted bucket steam trap is based on the working principle of the density difference between condensed water and steam. The internal structure of the inverted bucket type steam trap is connected by a lever system to overcome the steam pressure switch. The internal structure of the inverted bucket type steam trap is an inverted bucket, which is a liquid level sensitive part, and its opening is downward. When the device is just started, air and low-temperature condensate water appear in the pipeline. At this time, the drain valve is fully open, and the air and low-temperature condensate are quickly discharged, and the temperature of the device is quickly raised. When the steam enters the bucket, it will produce upward buoyancy, and the connecting lever will drive the valve core to close the valve. There is a hole on the bucket, which can automatically exhaust air. When part of the steam is discharged from the small hole, and the other part of the steam generates condensate, the bucket loses its buoyancy and sinks. The connecting branch lever of the inverted bucket drives the valve core to open the valve. When the steam enters the bucket again, the valve is closed again and circulates to drain water intermittently.

6. It works reliably with only two moving parts (lever - and inverted barrel), so there is no jamming.
7. The valve seat and disc are on the top of the valve, and the valve disc can make the dirt pass through in the switch. It has good self-cleaning performance and no dirt trouble.
