400X Flow control valve is a multifunctional high-precision pilot-way flow control valve which is suitable for some of water distribution pipelines needing to control flow and pressure to maintain the predetermined flow and limit the excessive flow at a predetermined value. It can also reduce high upstream pressure appropriately. As a result, even if the upstream pressure of the main valve changes, the downstream flow of the main valve is not affected. The valve changes the principles that conventional throttling valve reduces drainage area purely mechanically or by the pore plate and minimize energy loss in the throttling process by using relevant pilot valves. In case of emergency, 400X flow control valve can completely cut off the flow and avoid loss. It has high sensitivity of control, safety, reliability, easy debugging and long service life.
Product Features
400X Flow control valve is composed of main valve, flow regulating valve, needle valve, pilot valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge. Hydraulic automatic operation is used to control and adjust the opening of the main valve to keep the flow through the main valve unchanged. This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not need other devices and energy, easy maintenance, stable flow control. This series of valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.
When the valve feeds water from the inlet, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and flows out of the main valve control room to the outlet through the pilot valve and ball valve. At this time, the main valve is in full open or floating state. Adjust the flow control valve on the upper part of the main valve, and set a certain opening of the main valve. By adjusting the opening of needle valve and the spring pressure of pilot valve, the opening of main valve can be kept at the set opening. When the pressure changes, the pilot valve will automatically adjust to keep the flow unchanged.
