Worm Gear Type Full Bore Welding Ball Valve
Product overview
Worm gear type full bore welding ball valve will not have external leakage. Since the valve seat is composed of carbonized Teflon sealing ring and spring, it has strong adaptability to the change of pressure and temperature, and there will be no leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range. The machining process of the ball has advanced computer detector to track and detect, and the machining accuracy of the ball is high. Due to the uneven stress of valve body material and pipeline material, it will not deform due to earthquake and vehicle passing through the ground, and the pipeline is aging resistant. The sealing ring body is made of PTFE with 20% C (carbon) to ensure no leakage (0%).
Product Features
1. The main body and side body are welded together by a girth weld.
2. Automatic submerged arc welding and U-shaped welding groove are adopted for valve body welding. Air cooling or air cooling mode is used for welding. Infrared welding layer temperature control and multiple welding layers are used to ensure the welding quality of welding layer.
3. The ultra narrow gap welding design structure is adopted, which meets the requirements of ASM positive specification for welding process structure free from post weld heat treatment.
4. Special flux is used in welding, which has fine particle size and good slag removal, which can meet the performance of high strength and toughness weld metal.
5. 100% NDT process, and surface hardness test according to NACE sulfur resistance requirements to ensure welding quality.
