Product overview
Power station lift/swing check valve of power station are mainly used in the steam pipe of power station, which can automatically open and close the valve disc depending on the flow of the medium itself, so as to prevent the backflow of medium. The lifting and swing check valves of power station are applicable to the pipelines of petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power plants with nominal pressure (16MPa ~ 32Mpa), working temperature ≤ 540 ℃ and 570 ℃ Or turn on the medium. The valve disc moves up and down. The connecting pipe makes the upper chamber of the valve disc connected with the valve outlet. When the valve disc rises and falls down, the impact and vibration are reduced, and the valve disc reaches the full stroke.
Product Features
1. The product is designed and manufactured according to E101 and JB / t3595 standards, with reasonable structure, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
2. The middle chamber of the valve adopts pressure self tightening sealing structure. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance. Both ends of the branch pipe are of welded structure, which can meet different requirements of connecting pipe.
3. The sealing surface of check valve disc and valve seat of lifting power station is made of Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life. High temperature and pressure resistant parts are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel, which is safe and reliable with stable performance.
