Product Features

1. This valve is a kind of throttling, cut-off and venting products. The valve adopts cage shaped fan throttling, which has multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing and convenient operation and maintenance.
2. The valve adopts double seal (hard and soft seal) to make the seal reliable. The hard alloy cover can be more resistant to air flow erosion and wear resistance. The double seal can achieve zero leakage under the condition of high pressure gas medium. The valve has a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the valve seat adopts taper sealing, which is conducive to cleaning the dirt attached to the sealing surface.
4. The valve disc is equipped with balance hole and piston seal, which ensures stable operation under the condition of full pressure difference of opening / closing. It is light and flexible to open and close with small opening and closing torque.
5. The packing adopts V-shaped packing structure with self sealing ability, which is easy to open and close without adjustment. The stuffing box is equipped with auxiliary sealing grease injection structure, which makes the sealing performance of valve packing reliable.
6. The valve can be online maintained, and a series of vulnerable parts such as packing can be replaced under pressure.
7. The valve is equipped with a large blowdown hole at the bottom of the valve. If necessary, it should be opened to clean up the dirt in the valve.
8. There is an O-ring at the outer circle of the drain valve disc, which has the function of self-cleaning and sealing when opening / closing, and the function of throttling and depressurizing during blowdown.
