API Forged steel flange gate valve is suitable for small diameter pipeline with pressure of 1.6 ~ 42.0mpa (Class 150 ~ 2500), working temperature of - 29 ~ 425 ℃ (carbon steel) or - 29 ~ 500 ℃ (stainless steel). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. It can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media, and is widely used in oil pipeline 。
Product Features
API Forged steel flange gate valve are mostly of Dalian type reduced diameter design. Compared with cast steel gate valves of the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly smaller, but the pressure and temperature range they bear are higher than those of cast steel gate valves, the sealing performance is also much better than that of cast steel gate valves, and the service life is longer. The flow direction of medium is not limited as other gate valves.
